Job Description
Role Overview
Our expanding product range has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model. As an OUTsurance Broker Western Cape, you will grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. Your role includes selling personal and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- 3+ years of external sales experience in face-to-face selling.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
For FAIS Representatives (non-negotiable):
- FAIS credits or full insurance qualifications (depending on DOFA).
- RE5 certification (depending on DOFA).
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker Western Cape reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will embody OUTsurance values: Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
