Functional Outputs
Operational and Technical Results:
- Manage road and rail trucks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with ISO systems and Road Regulator requirements.
- Verify correct documentation accompanies all dispatches.
- Load various products accurately as per loading instructions.
- Proactively solve operational problems.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Plan and coordinate loading activities.
- Monitor and maintain accurate day-to-day stock balances.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate daily with admin personnel.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Must).
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, SAP) preferred.
- Valid Magazine Master ticket/certificate (Must).
Experience & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Customer-focused with excellent service orientation.
- Self-motivated and a driven self-starter.
- Accurate with numbers and figures.
- Code 08 driver’s license.
