The Role
The Workiva Implementation Specialist will play a key role in configuring and implementing Workiva’s financial reporting modules. Workiva is a leading cloud-based platform for corporate reporting, integrating financial reporting, ESG, GRC, and audit processes. PwC’s strategic alliance with Workiva drives this team’s mission to streamline secure, centralised reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with UK client engagement teams to configure Workiva’s financial reporting modules (annual, statutory, and management reporting).
- Set up and customise Workiva documents and spreadsheets.
- Link data points across the platform to ensure seamless integration.
- Map imported data to financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Validate data and reconcile discrepancies across sources.
- Test financial reports to verify accuracy and data integrity.
- Support end-user training on the Workiva platform.
Essential Skills:
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced expertise in complex formulas and large dataset management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and resolve issues.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and quality in tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years in financial reporting or a similar role.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance.
- Workiva or similar reporting tool experience is a plus.
