We’re offering a Full-Time role where you can grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside an ambitious and dependable team.
Responsibilities
THE ENTREPRENEUR OF THE TERRITORY
- Analyze customer potential and develop efficient appointment planning (routing, call cycles, coverage) aligned with targets and distribution channel goals.
- Focus on new customer acquisition in catering, QSR, travel, and leisure within your region.
- Manage new and existing customers, using innovative approaches to ensure optimal product placement and visibility, making Red Bull tangible in every outlet.
- Collaborate with the national Key Account Team to secure product presence in all relevant locations.
THE CANBASSADOR
- Serve as the trusted expert for decision-makers (Ops Managers, F&B Managers, Outlet Managers), embodying Red Bull’s values—responsibility, passion, focus, and professionalism.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships and brand affinity.
THE INDISPENSABLE CONSULTANT
- Develop long-term collaborations and negotiate win-win agreements that benefit both Red Bull and our partners.
- Use sales and marketing expertise to identify impactful opportunities for Red Bull’s presence.
- Track, analyze, and report performance to drive business growth.
Experience
Your strengths that set you apart for this role:
- A natural connector—your charisma, knowledge, and experience make you the face of Red Bull in On Premise.
- Previous field sales or food retail experience is a plus, but we welcome those with a passion for sales and the On Premise world.
- Comfortable using tech (laptop, tablet, smartphone) and standard software (MS Office, Outlook).
- Independent and flexible—you manage your own schedule and thrive on the go. Ideally, you live within the region.
- A self-starter with strong execution skills, practical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
- Passionate about fun, focus, responsibility, and professionalism.
Travel Required: 90-100%
