Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role enhances the Consumer experience and journey across key Adidas retail stores and wholesale partners. By leveraging Global VM standards and directives, you will apply creative excellence to execute key marketing campaigns with precision. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential to uphold the standards of a global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement EM South VM standards and directives across all store concepts and formats within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with VM guidelines to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Partner with Retail Store Teams, Operations Managers, and Sales teams to identify and communicate local VM needs.
- Conduct scheduled and targeted store visits to monitor execution and drive improvements.
- Use data-driven insights (Space Management, Sales Analysis) to optimize merchandising strategies.
- Train Store/Floor Managers on Europe VM standards and best practices.
- Monitor competitor trends and provide actionable feedback to the VM Manager.
- Execute macro and micro merchandising strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
- Manage VM budgets and coordinate seasonal POS collateral requirements.
- Lead impactful campaign launches, ensuring window displays align with marketing calendars.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the VM Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong creative vision and eye for detail
- Expertise in Global VM standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Secondary education or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of VM experience
