Role Overview
As an FTTH Project Coordinator at RSAWEB, you will be a vital part of our Consumer Division, ensuring seamless project execution for new orders, upgrades, and downgrades. Your role will involve close coordination with Fibre Network Operators (FNOs) and maintaining exceptional customer communication throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process FTTH new orders, upgrades, and downgrades efficiently.
  • Track customer orders and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate service delivery with Fibre Network Operators (FNOs).
  • Manage stakeholder and customer relationships.
  • Document and maintain FTTH delivery processes.
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer onboarding experience.
  • Handle high volumes of tickets via calls and emails.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with effective solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced Customer Service/Technical Support role.
  • 1+ year of ISP experience in Project Delivery, Provisioning, or Technical Support.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of daily tickets.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and numerical analysis.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
