Your Role at Impact Tech:
As a Customer Success Manager (Affiliate & Influencer), you’ll be a product expert, building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive successful marketing campaigns. Your business acumen, digital ecosystem expertise, and critical thinking will help you excel every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional support to top-tier clients
  • Foster proactive and reactive relationships with assigned accounts
  • Conduct account monitoring, check-ins, and relationship-building
  • Provide training, product support, and technical issue resolution

What You Have:

  • 2+ years in customer service/relationship management (B2B preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of influencer marketing and digital ecosystems
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field a plus)
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer support
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Conflict resolution and time management expertise
